High cholesterol diet plus cholesterol medication cancels each other out?

Hi. I have a family member that takes tablets because he's got high cholesterol but he continues to eat a high cholesterol diet - will he still get clogged arteries? Thanks.

It's important to have a balanced lifestyle and dietary intake. Cholesterol tab works best in conjunction with a healthy diet.
