Hi, has anyone ever got planning permission from Kildare council, I live in a town and not rural in Kildare. They are very strict trying to get planning down here. Has anyone had a friend help them get planning permission and then transfer it to you to build and get a mortgage to build on the land?

Would appreciate any help or advice especially if anyone has ever done this.

the bolded part is not possible as an occupancy condition tying the applicant to the site will be incorporated.

the requirements are actually very very clear in kildare

either you comply or you dont.
