Part Time Worker Annual Leave

    Hi,
I have a general query on taking annual leave as a part-time worker. I work on average 26 hours per week (over 3 and a half days usually), sometimes more, sometimes less and my annual leave is calculated at 8% of my hours worked which is fine but I am wondering if I take 2 days annual leave in one week am I right in thinking I should only work one and a half days that same week to bring me up to my usual 3 and a half days that I usually work? i.e. If I book 2 days annual leave for a particular week and get rostered to work 3 other days that same week that is not correct and would mean I shouldn't get annual leave taken off me for those 2 days as I will have still worked my usual hours in that week?
    Hope this makes sense. :)
    TIA

Do you work 3/3.5 days every week?

I used to work part-time 3 days a week and if I took 2 days annual leave then I only worked 1 day that week.

Why would you be rostered on for extra days because you took annual leave?
