Peugeot Boxer door hinge removal

    My brother has a 2004 Peugeot Boxer and the top hinge on the driver's door has a lot of play in it and causes a lot of wind noise on motorway etc .
    I had a quick look and it seemed that to remove the hinge you would have to remove the front wing to access some of the bolts - or are they accessible from somewhere up under the dashboard ?
    Any advice greatly appreciated as I cannot find anything helpful on Google etc.

    As far as I'm aware the bolts your removing bolt into captive nuts hidden behind the wing. There's no need to remove the wing. Be very careful not to damage the bolts or strip the threads on the nuts or you'll be in the sh1t. Support the doors weight before you do anything or the hinges can be pulled out of alignment. Mark everything before removal to help realign the door.
