    Hi,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Would you mind confirming if you are still affected by this and if the supply disruption is from your cold kitchen tap?

    Thanks,
    Mairead

    I was told several times yesterday that Irish Water were waiting for a response from the county council but when I contacted a counciller she found out that Irish Water was already working on it. Supply came back this morning, but only a trickle.

    I'm disappointed with the dishonesty and lack of info from Irish Water who claimed they had to await a response from the council before they could put the info on their website.

    Poor.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

    Irish Water work in partnership with Local Authorities across Ireland. Each Local Authority alerts us to supply disruptions in their respective area. We then publish this information on both @IWCare and our website.

    If you are still experiencing low water pressure from your cold kitchen tap, please send us the following details via PM:

    - Your name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact Number.

    Kind regards,
    Amy
