hi,
a local primary school recently advertised in the paper that they were looking for candidates to show an expression of interest in operating a preschool from their premisis. however, upon researching the competitors i found that the sxhool has in fact, already chose someone to operate the preschool. it is posted online that a private operator has recently registered to open the preschool and registered the name.
can i do anything about this or is it just one of those things??
the deadline for applications hasnt even passed yet!

First step would be a complaint to the Board of Management, I guess.
