    HI There

Have been withEir for last year and had no problems. We had a good deal but has jumped by 36 euros per month at end of contract. Called up to try and get a new deal and they don't seem to care.

I am not asking for much just something similiar to what we had. Why make me go to one of your competitors for a year just to change back it doesnt make any sense. I really don't want the hassle but will do on a point of pure principle.

Why can you not give a decent deal to customers whose contract is up
