    Hello, 

    I've received a text from BOI saying that an email was sent to me but there's nothing in my inbox. 

    I spoke to your mortgage team yesterday to start an application and was expecting this email but it looks like it was sent to the wrong address. 

    Can this be corrected and resent. 

    I can PM my details etc.

    I’ve checked my spam and junk folders and no sign of it.

    I should add I’ve tried calling the mortgage team direct but was on hold for too long.

    Had to go back to work.
