just a quickie. when I upgraded to a new desktop computer my old printer lost its 'scan to computer function' via its own software. i just finally found a way around it.
Using windows, went to control panel, click on printers, click on your printer then it shows options. One of which is scan. it works.
Just thought this may help others. It stopped me buying a new printer.:)
