Stuck seat post removal Cork?

    Anyone know of someone in the Cork/Munster area able to remove a stuck seat post?
    Asking for a friend, he's tried the usual oil, coke etc. Probably needs to be cut or caustic soda melted out. Carbon frame, alloy seatpost.

    I use malt vinegar, let it soak in.
    failing that you might have to cut it and if you had something a precise as a modelling rotary saw small enough to fit inside the tube.
    Try the vinegar first.
