Shortly having a survey of my semi-detached house with a view for pumped wall insulation and ventilation,House was built in 2002.Have problems with condensation and mould spotting even though we open vents etc....What questions should I ask and is there anything I should watch out for?
    Thanks

Moisture and ventilation are as important as insulation if not more so for preventing mould:

Open the windows when the shower is on and make sure your bathroom extractor is always running when the bathroom is in use. All bathrooms should have an extractor fan.

Don't dry clothes on the radiators or on clothes horses indoors.

Use the extractor hood on the cooker when cooking.

Open windows regularly to purge ventilate the house.

In terms of insulation- moisture condenses and hence mould grows on cold spots of wall - so any insulation upgrades should target these cold bridges. But the moisture will just go somewhere else in this case - you need to reduce and remove the moisture as outlined above.
