    Irish Independent

So, the Independent is carrying a story about a group of thugs trying to board a DART to graffiti it. The passengers fought them off(good on them), unaware that the thugs had knives.

RTE aren't carrying this for some reason, probably too busy sending our licence fee up Vogue William's nose.

You mean the story that everyone else covered yesterday and it took till today for the independent to get their finger out?

Whose not doing their jobs again?

Those teens conducted themselves badly. A ticket to the Joy is just the trip they need.

Little toe-rags. Bet they wouldn't be so happy if they themselves were doused with sh!tty paint.
Awaits the "...but it's the youth expressing their art" bullcrap.
Hope they get caught and are made to lick the trains clean.

Probably wouldn't even get to a verdict before they'd cry a mis-carraige of justice.

I wonder how they operated without detection?
    Must be a sleeper cell.

Give them some credit, to co-ordinate something like that takes some training.

Gardaí have not made any arrests

    Ffs.

And the balaclava-clad knife-carrying gang of twenty were terrorising the passengers for between 20 and 45 minutes.

The fact that they could carry out this attack for so long without interruption by security/Gardai and the fact that no arrests have been made is very concerning.

Imagine if the gang were more sinister in nature and had terrorism in mind.

    Clearly that wasn’t the graffiti.

This does show the ERU isn’t fit for purpose.

But shur after that pillar of society McGregor attacked the bus in NY it was only a matter of time before we saw this sort of thing..

...the train had to be taken out of service because the exterior was destroyed?

Twenty minutes waiting for the Guards in Dublin City centre is worrying in fairness.
