    I,m at a loss !
Can someone help me choose between the below or similar budget ?
    UE49MU6400
    UE49MU6500
    UE49MU7000
    KD49XE8004
I know one is curved , is it just a matter of personal taste or is curved a poorer option?

General family viewing sky and Android box
    Thanks

    Hi Citizenpain,

For what you're using I would recommend the Sony as the one to go for. Unfortunately we are out of the UE49MU7000 (this has been replaced by the UE40NU8000 at £1199). The Sony would have a better panel than the 6 series Samsung. It has better motion, better contrast and more natural colour. It also has Android built in so you can free up an input with the Android box.

Curved TVs are more a matter of personal taste in my opinion. I can't see a massive amount of difference in the panels between flat and curved and personally I find them irritating as they catch light and distort reflections.

Let me know what you think.

    Kind regards

    David
