Gutter Installation Cork

Not sure if the right place. The gutters on our extension are leaking in all corners. They’re made from aluminum (I think). Looks like they’re rusted in the corners. Can anyone recommend someone that installs gutters in cork or they may even be repairable.

Corner of the gutter on the front of the House is also leaking. This one is plastic so hopefully can be repaired.
