    Hi all,

What do you think about this scenario: You have an office in Dublin city centre and a UK company has approached you to use your address as a virtual address for their clients. The UK company will offer this service to their own clients. You will be responsible for posting any mail to the UK that is sent to the address, UK company will pay you a monthly fee and postage costs etc.

To operate this service directly as a Company Service Provider you have to register with the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Unit and ask for ID for every new business registering with your service, similar to an accountant.

But what if you are just providing the address in Dublin? the company Is the UK the Company Service Provider..?
