Why is there a delay in Moving barricades on street where work is finished

I live the Upper Rathmines Road where IRish water barricades preventing parking have been in place for almost a month now.  When are you going to move them?  The work has been finished on this stretch for at least a week and a half if not two weeks with no workmen visible on this road at all, work having moved onto to adjoining areas.  By leaving the barricades there for no apparent reason you are making life difficult for the residents by preventing us from parking near to our homes. As a mother of young children I can personally say that your barricades have made my life more difficult.  Why are they still there and when do you intend to remove them?
