ATM transactions on bank statements

Hi There, As a BOI customer I find it difficult to check details of ATM transactions to see where the card is being used.Is it possible to get more detail on statements? Alternative is for my wife and I to print our slips and just check them. Thanks, Mashie

Thanks for your getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.

When you use an ATM attached to a branch, the transaction description will usually show the sort code of the branch. You can also use the Ask a Question option in the Service Desk to request more information on any transactions on your account.
