    Hello
    I was incorrectly signed up to an Eir account and now phone line has been disconnected
    I cannot speak to anyone on 1901 or the other numbers that Eir Chat have given me as it keeps going in a loop asking for payment

    Please let me know a number where I can actually speak to a manager to sort this out
    It is going on since Janurary

    I need my phone and broadband for work so this is now a critical matter

    the support to date has been appalling
