    Could anyone advise the process regarding a complaint of unpaid fees on an account? Its a long story about withdrawal notice on an account that has no withdrawal notice, then due to that there is now unpaid fees that is charged to the account. Seeing that the branch said their hands were tied to do anything on Friday when we were in the branch to try and withdraw money, I have zero confidence that the branch will be in any position to make any kind of decision or provide resolution in any way.
