Does anyone know any reliable handyman in Maynooth?

It would be required a few odd jobs such as flooring solid laminars, bathroom, install modular kitchen?

Do you recommend to buy materials and hire handyman separately or else getting IKEA to rebuild/repair materials+work package?

Based on your experience, which housing jobs can they be done by oneself so it might save some money out of the budget?

Not really a handy man role.
more a specialist role with flooring. If you want it just put down, then okay. Same goes for kitchen units. sounds like you've moved into a new premises, spend the few quid and get a professional to put down the flooring and install the kitchen. If you are doing IKEA units for the kitchen you of course could try it yourself. But it isn't something I would leave up to a handyman. What happens if something goes wrong, you'll have very little come back if any.

I agree with Bull. A handyman is for hanging curtain poles or fixing a dripping tap.

On the other hand some carpenters are handymen. If you are lucky enough to find one of these you'll be fine. Probably simpler looking for a carpenter
