Try an insurance broker but try nearly all insurance companies.

Adding if possible your parents/siblings as named drivers makes it cheaper.

Usually the newer the car the cheaper the insurance to a certain degree.

There isn't a such thing as cheap especially for new drivers.

Boxymo may be an option or try quote devil etc.
