    Hi,

Can you please let me know how/to whom I can report blocked on street storm drains? There are a number in the local area where I live and I have also noticed some on my commute to work.

    Many thanks

    Tom.

    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for your message.

You can report a blocked storm drain to the Roads and Drainage Department of your Local Authority who is responsible for the maintenance of this infrastructure.

Irish Water is responsible for the maintenance of the public water and wastewater infrastructure, which storm drains are not part of.

I hope you find this information helpful.

Please do not hesitate to contact us again should you have any further queries.

    Kind regards,
    Micheal
