    Hi,

I've been working in Northern Ireland for the last 6 years. I commute across the border every day. I get paid in sterling and have a Northern Ireland bank account.

I've only recently been made aware that I should have been informing revenue of my Northern earnings. I want to correct this mistake on my part sooner rather than later. Can someone advise me:

    1) what form I need to complete?
    2) Will there be any penalty for not informing revenue sooner? And if yes what is it likely to be.
    3) My wife works part time in Ireland, will this have any impact?

    Thanks,

    WM
