Minimum Carcass Weight

I’ve a small bunch of lambs here that are about 30-35 kilos at the moment. Nearly all weaned orphan lambs and a few poor doers. At the moment they’re small but fleshy.
The same batch of orphan lambs last year didnt really thrive post weaning and were worth very little by time they were killed.
Any thoughts on sending them off next week at their current weight and is there much value in 14-16 kilo carcasses?

    Thanks

Could you sell them at the mart ? Those lambs would make very little in the factory.
