    Need some help.
I’m on the receiving end of what I would consider stalking and harassment.
I am aware that the pulse database shows each time an individual has been looked up. The person I suspect of harassing me could have potentially got my information from pulse. How do I go about having this investigated? Is it something the Garda station deals with or the Garda ombudsman?

Have you reported the matter to the Gardaí? What makes you think it came from Pulse?

Make the complaint of harassment to your local station first if you feel you have a complaint. If you don't feel it's being investigated at a later stage you can make a complaint to the ombudsman. It may also be a data protection matter and there's an ombudsman for that as well.

Thanks for your help. It’s been included in my statement and if it needs to be taken further I’ll make a complaint with the ombudsman but for now I’m happy enough leaving the guards to look into it. Thanks
