Is the new sugar tax only on fizzy drinks- what about other sugary foods?

Maybe I'm wrong but I would have thought a sugar tax would set a threshold of a certain limit of sugar in ALL foods and drinks and not just fizzy drinks- bread, dairy products, chocolate and even alcoholic drinks are laced with sugar but the law doesn't seem to include them?

I haven't seen a single fat child since the tax was introduced. I'd call that a success.
