Brown Thomas gift card online

    Does anyone know how to use a brown Thomas gift card for an online order? It says you can on th faqs but no instructions or no obvious way to do it.

    When you have the stuff in your cart and go through to check out, there is an option to apply a gift card and it prompts you to put in the long number. Then it checks the balance and asks how much (if relevant) you want to use of it.

    Thanks! I’m not getting the option to apply a gift card though (unless I’m blind). I’ve tried a couple of different browsers/laptop/phone. It’s very strange.

    You have to set up an account. You cannot use if if registered as a guest

    Ah, I thought that was the problem after when I was thinking about it. I ended up just going in and getting it in the shop in the end. I’ll know for next time though!
