Leak

    Hi

In February irish water were here checking for a leak. They found it outdoors and said they would be back at a later date to fix it and that we would need to get a plumber in at that time to do the final part indoors.

We heard nothing since, so rang today and were told that the leak was marked as fixed.

When the guys were here in February they were clear that they were here to  locate the leak only and it wouldn't be fixed that day.Any holes they had dug were filled in before they left.

i have tried checking our monthy usage on your website but it does not show usage past January.

Can someone check  if usage has gone back to normal after February,to clear up the confusion?

    Thank you.

Thanks for your replies, but still no explanation as to why the contractors who were here told us they found the leak outside, but irishwater are now telling us its inside.

If we had not rang irishwater last week,we would still be here waiting for them to come back.

We got your letter. It just repeated what you already said in private message.

I have asked in a previous post and in private message, as to why we were told by the contractors that the leak was found outside, but irish water are now claiming it's inside.

Since you are not going to answer, I assume they either lied to us for some reason,or there has been a mix up between you and them.
