    Plastic is plenty hard to be scraping off your tongue!!

    How hard/ rough do you want to be with your mouth??

    I've just heard that the Copper ones have better antibacterial qualities

    Dont worry about it, brush your tongue with your toothbrush and it will be spick and span.

    Who said that it was candida??
    Has been swabbed and cultured??
    Generally fit and well people do not get candidal infections of the tongue...
    You either have;
    A "normal" tongue
    Another condition that makes it appear white
    You truly do have a candidal infection but if this is the case it warrants further investigation with you GP....
