Just wondering if a 1.4 will fit straight in to a car with 1.2?
Is there much needed to swap over?

If your referring to the 1.4 16v engine, its not worth it for just 15bhp extra over the 1.25L. Do it right and throw in at least a 1.6

So mullingar, will the 1.4 fit or not?

Yes it will fit, but you l probably also need the cat, ecu & loom and a load of other parts.

Best thing to do is compare the full parts lists between the 1.2 and 1.4 and see how many major components are shared.
