Local gym has wifi, Is there such a device, thats small, light and nimble ( more than a phone) that I can buy to log into wifi and play spotify through headphones?

Why not use your phone I hear you say?
I have a 6in phone, its too big really for carrying in gym.
Plus dont want any facebook, snapchat ect on it to distract me between benches.

Does it have to be Spotify? (or wifi even?)

I use a smartwatch (cheap one) paired to headphones and just play music from that.

So, leave phone nearby (its a safe gym) and just get a good set of bluetooth headphones.

    That would work!

You could do that as well I guess. Just carry your phone around with you and just put it down at whatever spot you're at.

I tried one of these phone armbands but just didn't like it at all. So now I just use the watch and leave the phone in the car. SD card in the watch and music on that. Watch was only about 50 euro, now it's certainly not great but that's the only thing I really use it for so it does the job just fine.

Alternatively just get a small MP3 player if you wanted to use wired headphones (although personally I don't know why you would)

Ya, stuck to a sd card wont work, Im the kind of person who says, i need to update my music, but never does.
So spotify is good for finding new music to keep me going.
