Anyone else find the receptionists in the public clinic really rude and unhelpful? I swear - asking them to change an appointment is a nightmare. You'd think you're asking them for a kidney!
    Is it just me?

I've found them all really nice and helpful, maybe just a bad day! I'd say it can be really busy in there! But still no reason to be rude!

I always found them pleasant on my appointments. Even on the days queues were bad.

God must be just me. Definitely not a once off - this is my second pregnancy and I've always found them a bit intimidating. Like they see you standing there and don't even acknowledge you half the time. I have yet to see any of them smile.
