Need to contact eir re install

    Hi. Your contractor has called to me twice but my install is not complete yet. They will not schedule the install until eir contact them. I'm waiting since Wednesday for an update from eir or for eir to contact them. Can I have a direct number for someone so that I can get this sorted, your sales rep seems to have gone to ground.
