    Hi,

While trying to book a flight on tripsta.ie my browser crashed, when I restarted the browser I clearly wasn't paying enough attention, the destination was correct, the price was the same and the departure time was the same but the month was completely different! So I intended to book for July but when the confirmation arrived in my inbox it was for September !
I immediately hit the 'Contact Us' link (like within 30 seconds) and this lead to an online form where I explained the problem.
Given that this is a low-cost seller I'm pretty sure the fare conditions would have been 'Changes not allowed' so am I completely screwed here or do I have any options ?
Is there anything like a 'cooling off' period, I mean its not like I have changed my plans it was a genuine mistake and I noticed it immediately when they sent me the receipt.
If tripsta.ie dont want to know about it is there any chance contacting the airline directly might help ?

    Anyone have any suggestions ?

    Thanks,

    Usjes.

Best hope is contacting them immediately by phone if necessary. Airline wont deal with 3rd party bookings usually.
