This product is for sale in 25kg bags. it is only euro 10.99 a bag down from nearly 15 euro. it is like a bag of tarmac and so easy to use, just bang the bag on the ground to loosen it up, sweep the pothole of any debris and get it good and clean, then pour the bag in, keep it about 2 inches higher than the hole and flatten down, with anything flat, even your feet will do, then drive the car over it a few times to pack it in. Maybe a little less than 2 inches.

We just have a tar and chip drive, that did not last as long as it should have done, so the potholes were driving me mad, trying to figure out the best way to fill them in, normally i just fill them with loose stones, that works for a few weeks, but i wanted something more permanent, and i was looking at getting a few bags of cement, to see would that do the trick, but i had the feeling that would start to crack after a few weeks, and i was not too bothered about the colour of the filler not matching the driveway, i just wanted them holes filled with something that would last.

Anyway after a good bit of searching, i found a product called durapatch, made in kildare. and the only place that sold it near me was dairygold co-op in mitchelstown, i am not sure about other dairgygold co-ops as mallow did not sell it. What a difference it has made, i used just under six bags today to fill six potholes. And this is advertised as a permanent solution, i filled 3 potholes about 2 months ago and they are still perfect. This is a fantastic product that not too many people know about, the salesman in mitchelstown co-op stores was amazed that most people do not know about this product.
