Hi there I have a question regarding my bill. I just noticed this evening that it is €113 for my bundle. In the past it was always €107. Can you explain why it has gone up please ?

I did see on the boards bargain alerts that there was going to be a price increase and eir was sending out letters to their customers and people could end their contract if they were not happy with the increase. Well when I saw in bargain alerts I rang eir and was told over the phone that my current bundle would not being increasing so I would not be eligible to end my contract.

I never got any letter from eir, so why has my bill went higher by €6 ?

    Thanks in Advance
