    Ok, the reason for asking is that when I tried the Eir sports Just Mobile app I got a message saying I wasn't eligible. Can't quote the exact message because the app isn't working at the moment.

    I'm registered on MyEir and am using the email and password for that when I try the Just Mobile app.
    Can you help ?

    If you cannot gain access this may need to be investigated by our mobile tech department. If you contact our support team on 1901 they can have this looked into further.
