Looks like spam or malware, email arrived today, sender with Spanish email address I think, could also be Estonia, goes as follows

Your bill is now available to complete at eir.
Your bill amount is 203.58
For your convenience we attached a copy of your bill to your email.
To view it, please open the attachment

I think it definite virus material.
