My Stamp 4 GNIB Card has expired. I'm from Australia. My Stamp 4 GNIB Card expired last year. I've no criminal convictions. I had no notification to update my GNIB Card. I also became heavily in debt... and have only paid this debt back now. I went to renew my Stamp 4 GNIB Card... but was told to contact: unit2residencedivision@justice.ie.

I have had no response.

Please advise?

I e-mailed them over 2 weeks ago.

Thanks for the INIS info.

INIS is whom I saw to renew my GNIB Card.

They told me to contact:
unit2residencedivision@justice.ie.

It's a different division.

No response.

Go into the INIS office if other means of communication fails.

You have been living and I assume working since you were paying off a debt, in contravention of Irish and EU labour market rules. Expect:
- Refusal of a renewal
- Deportation or limited period to leave the country
- Visa free travel in the Schengen area is history, as those countries will have access to this information.
- Work visa in the Schengen countries unlikely
- Action against the company or individual who employed you illegally.

I was told to contact the: unit2residencedivision team as before.

I was told to mail them a letter to plead my case.

I was told they might renew me. But it's 50 / 50
