Help with Documents & Policies

    Does anyone know or could you suggest someone who deals with legal documents, policies - basically the literature for a business, I'm just at startup stage now but I will be looking at putting together Health & Safety, data protection, t's&c's etc. in the near future. I don't mind paying someone for this service if it's someway reasonable.

    Is it a solicitor I should be looking at or would one of these online legal document sites do the job for me?
    It's a pet sitting business so the literature would need to be geared towards this.
