Case struck out

    Hi
    Was robbed at knifepoint - there was witnesses and CCTV footage
    Three attackers - one was a juvenile and got a caution. Others had the the case struck out
    Can’t get any information from the Garda victim service - trying to get hold of the original gaurd but it’s proving difficult
    Why would a case like this be struck out?
    Can I get further information on what happened at court - can I get the transcripts ?
    It’s so disheartening as a victim of a crime

    There are many reasons why a case could have been struck out.

    I would not think that you can access transcripts if there are any.

    I would write to the Superintendent of the area in which the offence occurred setting out my dismay and asking to know what happened.
