Hi all, I'm just wondering what is considered a regular Menstrual Cycle? My Menstrual Cycle varies by a couple of days each month i.e. one cycle could be 31 days, the next 33, the next 35 however it is always within this time frame. It never varies drastically, just by a couple of days and usually days between 30-35, no higher than 35 ever. I can't seem to get a straight answer from google. All I have picked up is that anything from 21-35 days is considered normal but does this only apply if it comes to the exact day each month? Thank you :-)

Absolutely normal. I would be very much like you. Mine was never your typical 28 day cycle that you hear about so much. Reading your post is identical to my experience anyhow.

There are period tracker apps that help you find your average cycle. I used one when trying for a baby.

Download the 'Clue' app on your phone, it will track everything and takes about a minute each evening to log in your daily details. Sounds totally normal though, I also agree that Google is useless for questions like this, mostly because everyone is different and there's just no 'right' answer.

Totally normal, mine was exactly the same. I tracked it on an App on my phone and it was great just to see the variance.. I am 30 weeks pregnant now so had a nice break for the last few months ha! I think tracking it is great though and does help you plan or you can sometimes see if certain factors delay it. for me flying always pushed it out a day or two.

Ah, thanks so much everyone... I used to just record start and finish dates in my notes on my phone and it always just seemed to come in or around the same time. Then, only last night I decided to download a period tracker app and entered all previous start and end dates and noticed the couple of days variation. I'm actually looking forward to tracking it properly in future with the App and it's good the way you can add little notes on the different days of your cycle and that :-)

I'm just like you. Varies from 32-35 days. I use Clue app to track it.

second clue. I thought mine was like clockwork every 28 odd days until I actually started tracking it and sometimes it was as little as 26 days and as much as 39 days! I asked my GP and they said it was totally normal.
