Eir advised me in Feb that I missed a direct debit in January despite funds being in my account. You also didn't prrsent a direct debit in Feb and March.

I only found out in April as letter sent to my old address. Rang & cleared the 3 months payments as soon as I discovered in.

Now April's direct debit also took 3 months payment instead of one.

Can you please answer the following queries:

    - when will this be refunded?
    - what reason did the bank given for direct debit failing as error appears to be with Eir as enough money in account to cover it?
    - why did you not present a direct debit in Feb or March either?
    - why did you now take too much for my account?
    - I have rang about this but the payments team only take payment and cannot help answer any of the above
