    Just gone back to Eir on the promise of faster broadband (before  in theory, fibre arrives) along with free BT and Eir sports). So far, after 2 days, none of these have happened. When I ring TS, you have to give your account number or landline number to speak to a customer agent. Yet neither of these are being recognised.
