    Hi,

I am currently PrePay. I am thinking of moving to SIM Only.

Would I need to get a new sim card to move?
Would I need to setup a direct debit?

    Thanks

    Hi Thomas,

I know what all the option available to me are.

What I would like to know is would I need to order online or pick up in store a new sim card? Also, am I obliged to set up a direct debit?

    Thanks

You will need to set up a direct debit to proceed with the order.

    Thanks
