    The depth of the first-floor extension and scale of the Velux windows shall be in accordance with the plans and particulars lodged with the application on the date xxxx

    Whatever you submitted on the date xxxx is what you have permission for.

    this new condition will supercede the councils condition 1.

    so if the reduction in width was included in condition 1, then it has been superceded.

    Thank you. That's what I initially thought but got confused since they only specified the depth and windows and not the width. The width is the only thing I cared about.
