    1. How do I follow up on a complaint that I had previously contacted you about? 

    Please PM us the following details and we will follow up with our Complaints Department: 

    - Name
    - Contact Number
    - A reference number if provided to you from your previous contact with us.

    2. Do you still have to register with Irish Water?

    We would encourage all home owners to register their property with us if the property is connected to either the public water or wastewater mains networks as Irish Water is responsible for this infrastructure.

    3. I have yet to receive my Irish Water refund. How do I follow up on this?

    - WPRN
    - Full address

    4. My neighbour and I share the same water connection and I would now like a single connection to the public mains. How do I go about this?

    5. I have low pressure to my cold kitchen tap, what can I do to resolve this?

    If your cold kitchen tap is affected, please send the following details via PM and we can investigate this:

    - Name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact number
