    Hi,

I've just moved back to Ireland from the states and brought my ASUS router with me. We were using it just fine with a US-UK adaptor, until the dog decided to chew through the cable
Does anyone know where to buy a replacement cable? Or even what the power adapter is called? I bought one online that turned out to be the wrong fit. Not sure if it's a US v EU thing, or just ASUS needs a specific cable.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Cheers!

A picture of the adapter and the plug would help. Once the volatge is correct, and it delivers enough current, and the plug fits it should work.

Can you re-solder the old cable back together?

Google the model number on the damaged adapter.
