    Hi all ...
Can anyone tell me who is responsible for a leak on outside pipe, on a property that is Council owned ??
I've been told that Local Council is no longer responsible for this ... and on Irish Water website, they say if it is inside garden fence, neither are they ??

Just wondered if anyone else had this problem ...

    Thanks in advance ..
    Patsy
