Anyone buy a phone from Rea communications Carlow?

Looking at a phone on their site but reluctant to buy from them. I was emailing them about a phone and they hadn't a bull's notion about when I was asking them about support for 4G bands here. It's an imported Chinese phone I was looking at. What are these people like to deal with? I'd probably drive down to their store…

What are these people like to deal with? I'd probably drive down to their store and see the phone packaging to see if it's a global variant or a china only market version.
